The new name is a more accurate reflection of the Holistic Health and Fitness Coaching and Spiritual Healing Services which I have been offering for 18 years.

My business is going through many positive changes. I will be adding new services, new products and upgrading existing programs to work even better in 2023. My goal is always to produce excellent results for my clients, as efficiently and quickly as possible.

Although the changes may a little bumpy, due to the holidays and not enough support to help me migrate, I’m still doing it, and its 95% complete.
