Our Holistic Fitness Coaching program is a small group online Fitness Training Bootcamp. It is martial arts inspired, and includes HIIT, Resistance Training, Conditioning, Cardio, Yoga and Stretching, Mindset Coaching, Nutrition and more. It is open for beginner and intermediate levels.
It's called Enlightened Warrior Fitness because in my Coaching Programs I help you to strengthen your Spirit, Soul, Mind and Body. Many other fitness programs focus primarily on the body, and you might get some mindset coaching. While many energy healing services out there, focus mainly on energy, and ignore the body and mind. So all of that is not Holistic.
And so all of those things have never been enough for me. I’ve always loved strenuous fitness and it has always been a Spiritual and even mystical healing experience. Where your own body literally creates its own healing and medicine by doing fitness, and of course also having excellent nutrition. A lot of people don’t know that this is possible, but this is a very real thing. Self healing through strenuous fitness training and overcoming challenges.
There is a great book out there called The Body Keeps the Score. It talks about how the body keeps a record of all of the past trauma you have experienced. And that it’s not possible to heal the trauma fully, until you heal it in the body. And I can also tell you that those records go into all of your past lives, and all of your ancestors past lives. Collectively, the human race has had enormous amount of trauma that is hidden in the cells and tissue of our bodies. So those people who are on the path of enlightenment, as I am, and as you probably are, if you are drawn to my work, we have to take our bodies with us. We don’t get enlightened when we discard the body. The body is spiritual. And enlightenment happens in a healthy body.
Many people who have had a lot of trauma from the past, get great results in their own healing, when they realize that complete healing happens at the speed of the body, and on body’s terms. As useful as talk therapy, and energy healing are, they are not enough.
Spirit is subtle and fast energy, body is slow and dense energy. Trauma is actually stored in the cells, and until it is healed in the body, it is not fully healed. It will be passed on to future generations, until someone heals it, in the body.
So I have designed a Fitness program that has elements of Spiritual Healing in it. I don’t know any other Martial Arts Inspired Fitness Training program that offers that.
This program will also have elements of Boxing and Kick-boxing training in it. You do not have to have a heavy bag, and you will not be punching anyone, no one will be punching you. But some of the training that happens in boxing and kick boxing is what we’ll be doing in this program. Because boxing and kick boxing training is some of the most incredible all body strengthening and conditioning that I know of. There will be elements of conditioning, cardio, and HIIT in the program as well. HIIT means High Intensity Interval Training.
I coach a lot of clients privately, and I have found that generally people don’t work out enough, and when they do work out, they tend to do the same exercises, without much variety. And as a result they plateau, they can get bored, and too much repetition of the same movements can cause injuries. Also if you’re doing the same things all the time, without being challenged, you’re not accessing the spiritual self healing abilities of your body.
So, in this program, I will provide a lot more variety of exercises, so you will be able to move in ways maybe you didn’t think was possible, and engage all of your muscle groups. You will need only minimal equipment. My goal is to teach you exercises where you can utilize your own body weight for resistance, so that way you can exercise anywhere, at any time.
In this program I will take you step by step to achieving your health and fitness goals. Muscles are awesome! But working out regularly is really good for mental and emotional health as well.

Using mostly your own body weight for resistance, and minimal equipment, I will teach you to do different exercises meant to strengthen and balance your whole body.
The accountability will help you to stay motivated, and focused on your goals.
Every 4 weeks we’ll evaluate your progress and update your program.
The duration of your program depends on your goals, motivation, and level of commitment. I encourage you to train with me at least 2 times weekly.
Holistic Health is a lifetime practice. My goal is to develop lifetime relationships with my clients.

PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINING
Fitness has never been just about physical strength to me. I always saw fitness from a spiritual and holistic perspective - as a path to enlightenment. There are many Spiritual paths to enlightenment, but none of them are complete without physical and mental strength and resilience training.
To be truly balanced and health, a lifestyle is not complete without an exercise regimen that produces lasting results, and makes your whole life better. I have been into fitness since I was a child. I love fitness of every kind: Calisthenics, HIIT, running, Weight Training, Traditional Martial Arts, MMA. I really love it all and could not and would not live without fitness.
I realize many people don't feel that way. Simply because they are so out of shape, that shedding the old toxic patterns and getting into a healthy pattern feels like an unsurmountable obstacle.
Yet everyone knows that eating healthy and exercising is a much better and more enjoyable way to live than eating junk food, drinking, smoking and being a coach potato. There have been countless scientific studies that show that regular exercise, adds many years to your life. Enjoyable years, where you have more cognitive ability, better focus and concentration, better memory, better mobility, and better mood. It has been scientifically proven in many studies that exercise and right nutrition is significantly better for depression and anxiety, then any drug on the market and better than the placebo. This is huge.
But knowing is not enough. You have to do. And do consciously and consistently. In all training, repetition of the right things is the key to success. And this is where many people fail on their own, and why they need a coach to keep them consistent and accountable to their goals.
Some people have attempted diets or exercising on their own, and have gotten minimal or yo-yo results, so they got discouraged and went back to unhealthy patterns. And some people have had a series of life stresses and crises that got in the way, and they lost track of their original fitness and life goals. Whatever threw you off your goals, I can help you to return to center, and start fresh.
