The Journey Begins: From Pure Heart Center to Holistic health and fitness coaching

While my mission has evolved, and my business name has changed from the 'Pure Heart Center' to Holistic Health and Fitness Coaching - the core foundation of my work remains the same: helping you achieve peak performance and sovereignty through Science and Spirit.

Welcome to the Pure Hearth Center!

The purpose of this blog is to share relevant information that will inspire independent thought, invite critical thinking and promote healthy living choices. 

There is an over abundance of information on the internet nowadays, and the problem now is finding the truly relevant critical information for your particular needs.

I’ve been seeing clients for over 10 years, and in my practice, I see a variety of different kinds of clients, who have varying needs. But there are certainly patterns that I’ve observed. So in these blogs I aim to assist people who are in tune with their spiritual natures, and want to deepen those connections. People who deeply care about Mother Earth, about the environment, about humanity. People who do or want to live in their Hearts, and be informed first and foremost from their Higher Selves. People who imagine a world where Angels, humans, animals, flora, and fauna can all live happily and in peace on the same planet. People who are angered by the vile poisoning and exploitation of the forests, the oceans, the innocents and and the abuses and injustices perpetrated against all living beings. People who are not afraid to be part of a peaceful yet powerful, spiritual and health revolution, in order to make this world a better place.

A lot actually goes into creating that kind of quality of life that genuinely satisfied the soul and spirit, and allows creative energies to thrive. Despite the technological advances of our civilization and the privileged lifestyles that we are supposedly living, in the West, most if not all people who are spiritually oriented, are profoundly unhappy with the status quo.

What it comes down to, is that each person must individually build their part of the world, their life, based on their own personal dream, as given to them by their Higher Power, their Spirit. It’s critical not to give into the illusions, the dogmas, the distractions, the stresses, the boredom, the minutia that the material world is made of. Its key to pierce through these with our spiritual insights, and see the truth, beyond the dramas.

Because if we don’t do that, and the system, the machine that this civilization is controlled by,  is allowed to have its way, it will crush the souls of the willing, vampirize the innocent, consume all the creative vital forces that are here, and then will simply move on to its next victim, on another planet or galaxy. I’m not saying this will happen. I’m saying that I’m doing what I’m doing to improve the state of things and make sure that doesn’t happen.

In these blogs, I aim to share information that I hope you will find valuable on your journey towards empowerment. My hope is that each person embraces the seer, healer, shaman, spiritual warrior within themselves, and fearlessly transforms their reality in a way that is for the highest good of all on this planet and beyond.
