Holistic Health And Fitness Coaching LLC (hereafter "the Company") assumes that Client takes full responsibility for their own health, healing, and all of their own decisions. The company is there to assist, guide, and help Clients in their own healing journeys.
Scope of Practice Disclosure: In accordance with evolving health coaching regulations, we explicitly disclose that Arriale Starbird is not a licensed physician, surgeon, psychotherapist, or registered dietitian. The services provided are "Non-Clinical" in nature. We do not give medical advice, we do not perform medical diagnosis, and we do not provide medical treatment. If you have urgent medical issues, please contact your physician, or call 911.
2. Holistic and Spiritual Modalities
The Company offers health and fitness coaching programs, several different kinds of alternative healing and Spiritual Energy Healing services. These are not medical diagnosis or medical treatment in any way. The alternative and spiritual energy healing services are intended to encourage a spiritual connection and the ability of Client to focus and strengthen their energy, and to help Client to heal themselves. We do not offer fortune telling, soothsaying, psychic readings, nor acting as an oracle which involves predicting the future.
3. No Representations or Guarantees
The Company, its associates, agents, employees, trustees, or representatives do not make any representations, promises, or agreements concerning the success and effectiveness of these services. Our services are not intended to be a replacement for licensed medical care. Please follow the advice of your doctors for all medical treatments and prescribed remedies.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy: We require a 24-hour notice for the cancellation of any appointment. If you fail to provide 24-hour notice, you will be charged the full amount for the scheduled session.
Refund Policy: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any coaching programs, digital products, or spiritual healing services once they have been purchased or rendered.
5. Educational and Research Status of the Protocol
All information regarding the Spirit Warrior Monk™ Protocol and associated research is provided for educational and sovereignty-research purposes only. You acknowledge that the Company is providing "Information Services" and "Coaching," and that any implementation of the protocols is done at your own risk and discretion.
6. Intake and Right of Refusal
The company performs an intake interview with all potential Clients to assure that our services are the right fit for them and their goals and needs. Not everyone will be the right fit, and therefore not everyone is guaranteed services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.
7. Consent to Record and Communications
By using our services, you understand and agree that your image and voice may be recorded/captured during calls and training sessions (Zoom, Phone, or Social Media apps). All calls are recorded for quality assurance. You grant the Company permission to contact you via SMS/Text Message by providing your number in any contact or subscription form.
