Yesterday was a cleanse day for me. I'm doing a nutritional program where once per week I do a cleanse day, which means I eat no food, but I do drink green juice (made out of veggies and superfoods) in the morning (something I've been doing for many years), and several times a day I drink herbs that detox the body. I also drink my special secret pre-workout recipe mix before I work out. And of course I drink a lot of liquids. I still did my 2 hr workout yesterday. Because I got new running shoes and I had to celebrate that by going running. I celebrate the small victories! I also did a shamanic fire ceremony yesterday, to cleanse deep seated emotional baggage, and soon after I did my prayers and meditation for that, several work/income opportunities all lined up for the next few months. Some people don't know about the correlation between the energy we carry in our body and the life we manifest on the outside. But cleansing our chakras, organs, energy bodies is critical in order to live at a higher frequency, physically, mentally and spiritually. And what happened yesterday, goes to show that this really does work. Literally the day I did my cleanse, is the day multiple prosperity opportunities showed up and line up neatly for the next few months. You can't make this up. The result of doing just 1 cleanse day: I lost 5 lbs. That was not my intent, per se. I’m not complaining! It’s fine. But I’m actually trying to build lean muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat, so people who do fitness training to build muscle (and possibly also increase bone density), may actually gain weight, during the course of their training, but it will be healthy weight. For the last few months I’ve had to work very long hours, up to 60 hrs/wk, and so I’ve had less time to work out than I’d like. I’m not building as much muscle as I’d like, but I also am not losing muscle either. I used to do 2 hr workouts, daily. I would run, lift wights and do boxing and/or kickboxing training. I had to put my intensive training aside for a while, and work my butt off to accomplish other important goals. But these goals are also part of my Warrior training journey, so I simply do whatever I have to do. Ultimately however, my goal is to be able to win battles, on any dimension. For anyone who’s been in any sort of battle/fight, you know it takes everything you have and some. A fight (at whatever level) is the only way that you get tested in reality and find out what you’re made of. Your inner strength, core strength, muscle and mental strength, resilience, your faith in your Higher Power and yourself, your ability to stand your ground, everything you believe and are skilled at gets tested when you are in a real life confrontation with an opponent. That opponent could be your past, a physical or mental disease you're struggling to heal from, a life challenge, a person, a dark force, it could literally be anything that is challenging you to BE the indomitable spirit in your own life, or in someone else's life if you are fighting on behalf of someone you love. Everything up until that point is only practice. Being in a fight with a person, even if they match you in every way, skill, background, weight, spirit and soul strength, would be one of the most challenging things you could do in your life. It takes total dedication in your training to consistently win fights. And if you are faced with a dark force, it can be even more challenging, because it's more esoteric and less tangible for people, but no less real. The effects of the spiritual battle between light and dark are what underlies this material reality, and shapes it to be what it is, in real time. No one gets a day off from the Spiritual battle. The reason I say all that, is because I find that losing weight is easy. A lot of people think it’s hard. It’s not. Eat less, exercise more. Repeat. Obviously, there is a bit more science to it, but that’s it in a nutshell. If you eat the right amount of calories per day, for your weight and age, eat only healthy food, exercise daily, take quality supplements in the right dosage, drink a lot of pure water, it’s guaranteed you’ll lose weight. It’s very simple actually. If you just follow the right protocols, it will happen by itself. The problem is a lot people have no self control, they are entirely controlled by their emotions. They have food addictions and they are lazy. Their emotional and mental addictions, their vices, control them. But if you start to exercise some self control, do what I said above, you’ll lose weight. You can’t not lose weight. It’ll happen by itself. Just like it did for me during my cleanse day. You don’t have to like it, or understand it, you just have to do it. Most people however, even if they go through it kicking and screaming, come out on the other end loving the results, and appreciating the journey. So they want to do it again, and again and again. And as they do, they keep getting healthier. I have done juice fasts before that were 7 days and 10 days. That means no food at all, and I only drank green vegetable juice, lemon water and took high quality supplements. I didn’t cheat, I really ate no food at all. I lost weight automagically. Trust me. It’s not that hard to do this. But now the program I’m doing now is for a more serious Warrior. There is scientific research that backs the design of the regimen. And the results for many people have been stunning. It’s much harder to gain healthy weight that is made of lean muscle and bone density. And much harder still to build strength and resilience and cultivate warrior skills/ martial arts skills that are actually successful in the real world. This is a real challenge. But I take it. I love challenges. My motto could be ‘Give me challenges or give me death.’ The results speak for themselves. I had heavy metal poisoning for 14 years of my life that kept being misdiagnosed, by incompetent doctors, and as a result not corrected. Eventually, I figured it out on my own, by doing my own research and getting my own education in alternative holistic health. I did IV chelation to detox the heavy metals, which really did help a lot, but the side effect of the treatment was severe adrenal fatigue and CFS, which I had for 2-3 years after the treatment. 4 years ago I still had really terrible adrenal fatigue, CFS symptoms (Chronic Fatigue Symptoms), anemia. I ran track in high school, and had a regimen of exercising 1 hr every day since then. But 4 yrs ago, due to these serious health challenges, I was quite out of shape. I couldn’t climb 1 flight of stairs without wheezing. I had a lot of brain fog, flu like symptoms, all day every day. I was afraid I was going to become disabled. There was no light at the end of the tunnel that I could see. It was a full blown dark night of the soul for me. But in the last year, I’ve been able to do intensive training and workouts, on a regular basis again. I have the energy to work 40-60 hours/week. Some of my work is very physically challenging, I’m on my feet all day long. I have the energy to work long hours and then train. It’s a testament to the effectiveness of the health and fitness program I am doing. I also don’t have the brain fog any more, that is typical for CFS. My mind is clear, I plan my life and organize my schedule so that everything runs smoothly. Being my own boss means I have to be the one to make everything work. If I don't, no one will. I can't have a sick day, I can't have a day off. I have to be 100% sharp and aware 100% of the time. Most people don't hold themselves to that type of standard, but I would not hold myself to anything less. Have you ever heard the saying: 'If you do in life what is easy, your life will be hard. But if you do whats hard, your life will be easy.' When I had CFS, I was also not getting great sleep. Now my sleep is totally back to normal. Good sleep is another pillar that supports total health. I remember my dreams. As a Shaman that is very important for me to be able to remember all of my dreams, because I work with them as part of my Spiritual practice. Dreams is how divinity/ Great Spirit/ God communicates with me. I have had prophetic dreams, that have warned me about dangerous future events which I’m warned to avoid, or dreams that train me to be a better Spirit Warrior, dreams that explain to me the true nature of certain situations in my own life or the socio-political landscape, etc, etc. All of my dreams are teaching dreams. As a good student of the Great Spirit, my dream world is my classroom. For me, as it is for most Shamans I think, it’s the root of my health in this dimension. The conventional view of health is to look only at the physical, and those who look a bit deeper look at the mental and emotional parts. However, the quality of your spirit and soul are also very important components of every person’s health. I look at the WHOLE person, which means body, mind, emotions, spirit, soul, family history, past lives, relationships, diet, lifestyle, work, beliefs, goals, etc. My goal is to resolve the root of the problem, not just mask or manage the symptoms. The roots are always in the ‘subtle realms,’ in the energy field, the aura, the spiritual blue print of a person’s life. Never in the physical manifestation. As a Shamanic Energy Healer, I address those spiritual roots of the physical problems that my clients are troubled by. If you’d like to learn about the nutritional program that I’m doing and that my clients and students are doing, feel free to contact me. This program has helped literally thousands of people in the past to lose weight, gain muscle, and continue to get more fit over a long period of time. This is a protocol that works for the long term, and is even safe for kids. Considering how many kids there are nowadays suffering from obesity, diabetes, etc., this is a huge plus. It means whole families can do this program together, and it will serve as an opportunity to improve relationships and family life as well. Vegetable Juice, especially when made of dark green leafy vegetables, has chlorophyll that is deeply cleansing and remineralizing for the human blood. It is also alkaline. It acts both as a cleanser and as a super food, bringing vital nutrition to the cells, which SAD (Standard American Diet) does not provide. Its one of the best things you can give to your body on a daily basis and can be a meal replacement. For over 15 years, every morning, I have been drinking a glass of green vegetable juice, into which I add other super foods. There is a science to it, and I enjoy a lot tinkering with these recipes to find the perfect thing for myself, my family, and my students and clients.

I’m in the middle of getting my Personal Fitness Trainer Certificate. I'm learning a lot of science behind how to design the best workouts for optimal health, and continuing to learn about nutrition, which I already know quite a bit about, from over 20 years of independent research. Now, I measure everything, measure my reps, my speed, my weight, etc. I found that when I work out on my own I end up doing very long complicated workouts. Like last night, I did a 2 hr workout; I ran 3 miles, did about 10 100 meter sprints, trying to beat my fastest time (fastest since I started measuring it a few months ago), then I did a bunch of calisthenics and boxing tabatas. Today, I plan to work all day, and then do another probably 2 hr workout this evening. Thats what weekends are for, to catch up on workout time! I work such long hours during the week, that I don’t have as much time to work out as I’d like. It does seem to me like I work always.
I was raised in a post communist country, and I was told as a child, ‘The enemy never sleeps. Be prepared always.’ The enemy being, the capitalists. Communism is a satanic ideology, not a true path to enlightenment, but there is some truth to the idea that ‘the enemy’ never sleeps. What I was not told, is that the true battle is ongoing within the mind and heart of each individual. And the true enemy is our own dark nature, it’s our vices, our own blocks to excellence, our own laziness, procrastination, poor habits, poor belief systems, that trap us in low states of consciousness. The true battle is won within, and only then can be won without. Just like in the movie the Matrix, if you die in the matrix, you die in reality too, because your mind makes it real. But if you gain knowledge and experience in the matrix, you gain knowledge and experience in reality too. To win the internal battle means to transform your own dark nature (‘the enemy’) into light. For some people fitness is just about having more muscle, better abs, less fat. That’s fine. For me, fitness is first of all about spiritual clarity and spiritual strength. And the battle is really about you transforming your weakness into your strength, your fears into courage, your shadow into wisdom, your dark emotions into self knowledge. That requires you going into very dark places of your soul and defining yourself there, where no one can tell you what is right and what is wrong. You have to express that from the core of your true being, who always knows what is right and and what is wrong. That’s called character, real character. It comes from the divinity inside yourself. It’s not what Hollywood portrays it to be, with make up and costumes and unnecessary drama. All that is lies. Literally, actors are paid liars. Stop watching TV, and start paying attention to your own soul. ‘Winning the inner battle’ doesn’t happen in one epic massive workout, or one epic revelation about your life purpose. It happens by doing a little bit of good every day. Small steps in the right direction made consistently over a long period of time, is what creates deep lasting transformation. Just like there are no real get rich quick schemes, there are no real get enlightened quick methods. You have to do the inner and outer work consistently for years, grind every day, search your soul for truth every day, read and study sacred texts, meditate, pray, release the dead weight, turn that lead into gold (dark emotions into wisdom), by cooking it slowly in the fire of your heart, every hour of every day, day by day, year by year, for the rest of your life. This is a process you do while doing everything in your life, not just fitness. Have you heard the saying, ‘How you do anything, is how you do everything.’ A Spirit Warrior is doing spiritual battle in everything they do at every moment of the day. Whether they want it or not, like it or not. If that is your calling, that is what you are doing. Some of you know that is your calling, some of you don’t. If you don’t know you are in a battle, you can’t win. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, it’s understood that it’s the slow simmer of roots and herbs over a long period of time that releases the greatest amount of nutrition and medicine from those plants. Therefore, patiently chiseling your character against life’s endless barrage of challenges, is what will produce permanent enlightening results, and true inner strength. Some people devote one day of the week, like Saturday or Sunday, to God and rest on that day. I respect that. But I devote every moment of my day to God/ the Great Spirit. My monastery is in the sacred space of my heart, and my service to God in my heart temple is a 24-7-365 process. I’ll rest when I die. I mean that somewhat facetiously, because rest is actually very important, to prevent burnout and injuries. What people actually need is ‘active rest.’ Active rest is what produces total relaxation of the mind and body, like meditation. What most people consider rest (like watching TV), is just another form of stress on the mind. But that’s a topic for another blog. If you find the ideas in my blogs useful, please share them with others, your friends, family and your social media. Word of mouth is the only way that other people can find out about the healing work that I do. If you or someone you know is struggling with dark forces, motivation, not just in fitness, but in their lives as a whole, struggling to meet their goals, struggling to rise to the occasion of dealing with life’s challenges, I offer Spiritual Counseling and Coaching, Shamanic Energy Healing, Personal Development and training, to people on a personal transformation journey. Feel free to contact me to schedule an appointment. |
