You are strictly prohibited from soliciting or making direct payments to any individual representative of the Company for services provided to you under the Arriale Starbird™ brand.
6. Governing Law and Choice of Venue These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. The Company reserves the absolute right to initiate legal proceedings against any user in any court of competent jurisdiction, including but not limited to where the user resides, where the Company maintains a place of business, or where the infringement occurred. You hereby irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of any court selected by the Company for the resolution of such disputes.

The name, image and likeness, and voice of Arriale Starbird™ are protected proprietary assets.
You are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following "Identity Theft" activities:
- Impersonation & Spoofing: Creating social media profiles, websites, or email addresses that use the name Arriale Starbird™ or any confusingly similar variation to pretend to be the author or a representative of the Company.
- Identity Mimicry: Using AI-generated voice cloning, deepfake technology, or stylistic mimicry to reproduce the voice or persona of Arriale Starbird™ for any purpose.
- Fraudulent Solicitation: Contacting third parties while claiming to be Arriale Starbird™ or a Company affiliate to offer services, solicit funds, or engage in fraudulent "phishing" schemes.
- Unauthorized Attribution: Attributing any external statement, product, or spiritual teaching to Arriale Starbird™ without express written consent.
4. Penalties and Enforcement
The Company actively monitors for trademark infringement and identity fraud. Any individual found in violation will be subject to:
- Statutory Damages: Litigation to recover damages (up to $150,000 per willful infringement).
- Criminal Reporting: Fraudulent impersonation and identity theft for financial gain will be reported to the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) and relevant federal authorities.
- Legal Fees: The infringer shall be liable for all of the Company’s legal and investigative costs.
